Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC) group COO Lim Khiang Tong will be retiring, effective Oct 31.

Lim assumed the role on June 21, 2021. 

His responsibilities include operations and technology, technology architecture, operational excellence, customer experience, data and analytics, transformation and property management functions.

There was no mention of a replacement.

Moving forward, Lim's responsibilities will be split among group CFO Goh Chin Yee, head of group operations and technology Praveen Raina as well as head of group strategy, innovation and sustainability Elaine Heng.

Shares in OCBC closed 1 cent higher or 0.06% up on Sept 20 at $15.47.
