Nera Telecommunications has recently won contracts worth over $15 million from two leading service providers in Southeast Asia.
One of the contracts, a renewal, entails the delivery of smart services training programmes and the deployment of trained personnel across close to one hundred sites. It includes a 12-month managed services and network operations centre component, providing operational support, maintenance services, and network performance monitoring.
The second agreement comprises variation orders for similar smart services initiatives, involving the roll-out of training programmes and the deployment of personnel to more than one hundred sites.
These orders include a longer-term managed services component of up to 60 months, encompassing support, covering operations, maintenance and support services, as well as network performance monitoring.
These contracts are expected to contribute positively to Nera Telecommunications financials for the current financial year.
Nera Telecommunications closed at 18 cents, nearly double in the past year.
