ValueMax says that the digital securities issued will be listed on the ADDX digital platform on Sept 25.
Shares in ValueMax closed flat at 45 cents on Sept 24.
ValueMax has raised $15.10 million in gross proceeds through its six month Series 005 Issuance launched on Sept 12, according to a release dated Sept 24.
Among the subscribers of the six month Series 005 Issuance, independent non-executive director of the company, Tan Soon Ling, subscribed for $0.5 million, amounting to 3.31%.
