Tyre-maker YHI International has announced the incorporation of a new joint venture company, SZYKZY in China with an issued and paid-up share capital of CNY5 million ($890,000)

YHI, through its wholly-owned subsidiary YHI Advanti Manufacturing, holds 30% of shares in the share capital of SZYKZY. HJSY, a company incorporated in China.

The incorporation of SZYKZY was funded through internal resources and is not expected to have a material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the company for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025.

Shares in YHI closed 0.5 cents higher or 1.149% up at 44 cents on July 3.
