StarHub has priced $200 million notes under its $2 billion Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme due 2031.
The notes are expected to be issued on Jan 8, 2021, and mature on Jan 8, 2031. They will bear an interest rate of 2.48% per annum.
The telco says the net proceeds of the issue of the notes will be used to finance its general corporate funding requirements or investments.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) is the sole lead manager and bookrunner for the notes.
Shares in StarHub closed 1 cent lower or 0.8% down at $1.31 on Dec 31.
