Samko Timber will cease quarterly reporting of its financial statements with immediate effect, after being placed on the quarterly reporting list by the SGX RegCo in the 3QFY2024.
After the release of the financial statements for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2024, the company’s external auditors have issued an unqualified audit opinion without any material uncertainty relating to going concern.
Samko Timber is no longer included in the quarterly reporting list as at April 30, and will report its next set of results for the 1HFY2025.
