He is also holding the position of non-executive director in companies such as SIIC Environment Holdings, GHY Culture & Media Holding Co, Koyo International and Motorway Automotive.
Yeo was previously a member of parliament (MP) for several GRCs including Ang Mo Kio GRC.
Shares in The Place Holdings closed 0.3 cent higher or 4.17% up at 7.5 cents on June 20.
