Kingsmen Creatives increases investments into K-Fix Production, a manufacturer, wholesaler and trader of furniture, through its wholly-owned subsidiary.
The capital injection of RM3.5 million ($1.06 million) is to increase the general working capital of K-Fix Production for the operation of its business. The wholly-owned subsidiary, Kingsmen Projects, is the sole shareholder of K-Fix Production.
This capital injection is funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible asset for Kingsmen Creatives.
Shares in Kingsmen Creatives closed 2 cents higher or 4.44% up at 47 cents on Sept 4.
