Intraco seeks to exit SGX-ST’s watch-list

Mainboard-listed Intracohas applied to the Singapore ExchangeSecurities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) to exit its watch-list on March 17. 

The trading and distribution company was first placed on the SGX-ST's watch-list on June 6, 2023, after suffering from full-year losses for the last three consecutive years. Intraco also had a market capitalisation of less than $40 million at the time.

For the FY2024 ended Dec 31, 2024, Intraco reported earnings of $2.04 million, 36% lower y-o-y. Revenue for the full year, however, rose by 19.9% y-o-y to $182.8 million mainly from the higher revenue contributed by Intraco’s trading and distribution business.

Based on its last-closed price of 39.5 cents as at March 14 and an outstanding share base of 108.98 million, Intraco's market capitalisation is at $43.05 million.

As at 2.24pm, shares in Intraco are trading 0.5 cents lower or 1.27% down at 39 cents.
