Ho was first appointed to the position on March 17, 2014.
Shares in Hosen closed 0.5 cent higher or 10.42% up at 5.3 cents on March 3.
Patrick Ho, the chief financial officer (CFO) of Hosen , has resigned. His resignation will be effective on May 16 with Ho currently serving his notice period.
According to Hosen’s filing, Ho resigned to “explore other career opportunities”. The company is in the midst of finding his replacement.
