He holds some 158,000 shares in Hafary.
Wu’s duties will be succeeded by the company’s finance manager, Mandy Lee, with effect from today.
According to Hafary, she joined the company in April 2015 and presently has nine years of working experience in the area of audit, finance and accounting.
“The board wishes to take this opportunity to thank Mr Wu for his contributions to the company during his term of office as financial controller and express their appreciation for his services,” says the group in a filing last evening.

Shares in Hafary closed flat at 18 cents on Thursday.
