First Ship Lease (FSL) Trust has agreed to sell its product tanker, Clyde Fisher, to an unaffiliated third party.
A memorandum of agreement has already been signed and the buyer has lodged a 10% deposit in escrow.
The product tanker measures 12,984 DWT (or metric tons of deadweight) and was built at Samho in South Korea in 2005. It has been employed under bareboat charter.
Shares in FSL Trust closed 0.1 cents lower or 2.27% down at 4.3 cents on Feb 13.
