Shares in SIA Engineering closed 1 cent higher or 0.44% up at $2.29 on Oct 20.
SIA Engineering has completed the acquisition of an additional 10% stake in JAMCO Aero Design & Engineering (JADE).
Following the completion, JADE is now a subsidiary of SIA Engineering with JAMCO Corporation and JAMCO America holding the remaining 40% and 5% in JADE respectively.
