SIA Engineering Company signs services agreement with Singapore Airlinesand Scoot worth $1.3 billion, effective April 1 for a term of two years.
The services agreement covers a broad spectrum of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and fleet management support services.
SIA Engineering company says that these agreements supersede the previous ones that were entered into with SIA and Scoot in April 2023. They are expected to yield material labour revenue for the group.
Shares in SIA Engineering Company closed 1 cent higher or 0.41% up at $2.44 on May 20.
