SINGAPORE (June 15): Q&M Dental Group is acquiring the business assets of three dental practices in Singapore and Malaysia.

In a Thursday filing, Q&M Dental says its subsidiary Q&M Dental Surgery (Bandar Puteri Puchong), has agreed to purchase the business assets of CS Tan Dental Surgery in Kuala Lumpur from business owner, Christopher Tan, for RM300,000 ($96,774).

The clinic is a sole proprietorship operated by Tan, who will also be signing a 10-year service agreement with Q&M.
