SINGAPORE (Oct 3): Falcon Energy announced that it has granted YDL Capital the options to purchase two office premises located at units #15-19 and #22-14 in International Plaza at 10 Anson Road for $7.4 million.

Upon completion of the acquisition, YDL Capital will lease back the units to Falcon Energy for three years commencing from Oct 4 with an aggregate monthly rent of $50,300.

Falcon Energy initially acquired the units to be used as the corporate office of the group. However, unit #15-19 will be leased out to a third party due to the downturn in global oil and gas industry as well as the depressed offshore marine and subsea industry.
