SINGAPORE (Apr 10): ComfortDelGro announced that its subsidiary, ComfortDelGro Bus, will be acquiring the private bus chartering assets of AZ Bus for $10.25 million.

AZ Bus operates private charter, school bus and tour bus services in Singapore.

This is one of the largest acquisitions in the local bus charter industry to-date and will help the group further strengthen its position as Singapore’s largest bus charter operator.
