SINGAPORE (April 27): Keppel FloaTEC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Corp’s offshore and marine arm, has secured a US$40 million ($56 million) contract for the first Tension Leg Wellhead Production Platform (TLWP) in Vietnam.

Keppel FloaTEC won the contract from PTSC Mechanical & Construction to provide engineering, technology and construction management support services for the Repsol Ca Rong Do TLWP.

PTSC M&C is the service arm of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) – the main engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) contractor for the TLWP.
