SINGAPORE (Feb 13): Keppel Corporation confirmed it has been sued again by EIG Management Company for US$660 million ($873 million).

This comes in the wake of Keppel's admission that it had bribed parties in Brazil to win contracts.

Keppel was first sued back in June 2016 by EIG, for allegedly taking part in an “unlawful conspiracy” which led to EIG’s investment of over US$221 million in Sete Brasil Participacoes SA, Keppel’s customer which was caught up in the bribery scandal.
