Keppel and Titan agree to terminate management services agreement for Quanzhou shipyard

SINGAPORE (Apr 3): Keppel Corp says FELS Offshore (FELS), a member of Keppel Group, and the Titan group of companies have agreed to terminate an agreement signed four years ago to manage Titan Quanzhou shipyard -- with immediate effect.

On Apr 9 2014, FELS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel O&M, Titan Petrochemicals Group (Titan) and Titan Quanzhou Shipyard Co. (TQS) entered into an agreement to manage Titan Quanzhou shipyard.

The management services agreement became effective on July 15, 2016.
