GSS Energy to pay out at least 20% dividend for FY18, FY19

SINGAPORE (Mar 13): GSS Energy on Monday announced it has adopted a dividend policy of paying dividend of not less than 20% of its consolidated profits after tax excluding non-controlling interests and nonrecurring, one-off and exceptional items, in respect to FY18 and FY19.

The decision was made after considering the current market conditions and its financial prospects, says GSS Energy.

The dividend policy is subject to the availability of retained earnings, the group’s financial position, capital expenditure requirements, future expansion and investment plans and other relevant factors, as may be determined by the board.
