Circles.Life subscribers can now tap into some of OpenAI’s most advanced models — including GPT-4.1 and GPT-4o — at no extra cost through the digital telco’s mobile app.
Branded as CirclesAI, the generative AI feature lets users perform everyday tasks such as summarising documents or analysing budgets directly from their phones.
While GPT-4.1 is currently unavailable on OpenAI’s own ChatGPT app or desktop platform, it is accessible exclusively through the Circles.Life app, giving the digital telco a first-mover advantage.
The digital telco has also rolled out Carly, a generative AI-powered support agent built with OpenAI and Zendesk, which provides instant in-app assistance.

Circles.Life said more AI-driven features are in the pipeline, including AI-powered personalised perks and digital assistance, as well as smart connectivity tools.
