Industrious will open its 20,714 sq ft Keppel South Central location in July, followed by a 36,570 sq ft space at Shaw Tower in November.
Along with a 29,620 sq ft space at Stamford Place, Industrious has announced 10 locations in Singapore, with seven currently in operation.
Elsewhere, Industrious is set to open at The Chelsea in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong in August, followed by another location at One Elizabeth Street in Sydney, Australia this October.

As The Great Room, the company first expanded into Bangkok with a location in Gaysorn Tower in June 2018. It then ventured into Hong Kong with One Taikoo Place in Quarry Bay in April 2019.
Following Industrious’ acquisition in May 2022, The Great Room by Industrious opened the first of two floors at Park Silom in Bangkok in August 2023 and entered Sydney with Castlereagh Street in February 2024 and One O’Connell Street in July 2025.

Founded in 2012, Industrious now operates more than 250 flexible workspaces in over 80 cities. Since CBRE’s full acquisition of Industrious in 2025, the company has grown its global portfolio by 58% and plans to open more than 60 new locations in 2026.
“At the core, The Great Room and Industrious share the same belief that work should feel human,” says Su Anne Mi, managing director of Industrious Apac and co-founder of The Great Room. “That philosophy is what defined The Great Room across Apac, and it is carried forward under the Industrious brand.”
The company is “in a period of significant growth”, and this rebrand reflects that momentum, says Gentry Long, president of Industrious. “Establishing a single global brand unifies our team and members around the core values that have always defined us: premium hospitality, beautiful design and a true sense of belonging.”
Shaw Tower achieves TOP
Shaw Tower, a commercial development at 100 Beach Road owned by Shaw Towers Realty and managed by Lendlease, received its temporary occupation permit (TOP) in June. It comprises 435,000 sq ft of Grade-A office space and a five-storey podium with 15,700 sq ft of retail and F&B offerings, including a rooftop restaurant.
Shaw Tower opens as Singapore’s first Grade-A commercial development to achieve the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) certification under the 2021 criteria, alongside WiredScore and SmartScore Platinum.
Supply for Singapore’s most highly-sought-after office space had come to a standstill after the 1.26 million sq ft IOI Central Boulevard Towers hit the market in mid-2024. Shaw Tower is the only major office completion scheduled for 2026. Newport Tower, slated for 2027, is the only other CBD Grade-A completion on the horizon.
