The Kingsford Group’s Lentor Gardens Residences drew 5,000 visitors to its preview weekend on July 4 and 5, ahead of its July 18 launch.

The 502-unit, 99-year leasehold condominium comprises three 16-storey towers and one eight-storey tower, as well as three strata terrace houses. The indicative average price at the preview is $2,350 psf.

The residential towers consist of a family-centric mix of two- to four-bedroom layouts, along with corresponding configurations with an additional study, with sizes from 646 to 1,356 sq ft.

According to the Kingsford Group, the majority of units in the development are either park- or pool-facing. Premium units on the higher floors also enjoy expansive views of the nearby Lower Peirce Reservoir and Thomson Nature Park.

Meanwhile, the three two-storey, five-bedroom strata terrace houses will enjoy direct access to the 75m pool.

The first storey of the development features an approximately 200m “continuous water body” comprising the 75m pool, the 50m lap pool and “a series of therapeutic and themed pools”, according to the developer.

Lentor Gardens Residences is within walking distance of the 90,000 sq ft Lentor Modern mall, which sits above Lentor MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. With the completion of the landscaping works at the Lentor Hillock Park, Lentor Gardens Residences will be 500m from the MRT station via a scenic park route.

Residents enjoy a wide network of mature estate amenities, says the developer. Residents will also benefit from ongoing infrastructural developments in northern Singapore, such as the North-South Corridor (NSC). The 21.5km integrated transport corridor is designed to reduce commute times to the Central Business District (CBD) and to provide dedicated bus lanes and cycling trunk routes; it is scheduled for phased completion from 2027 to 2029.

Sitting on a 222,161 sq ft site, Lentor Gardens Residences marks the seventh private condominium in the Lentor Hills estate. The development is expected to obtain its temporary occupation permit in December 2030.
