Some 5,900 people visited the opening preview weekend of the 380-unit Dunearn House, as at 6pm on July 12. Sales booking for the 99-year leasehold development in District 11 is scheduled to start from July 25.
The first and tallest residential development in the Bukit Timah Turf City masterplan offers homebuyers a “rare first-mover opportunity” in one of Singapore’s most sought‑after residential districts, says a spokesperson for the consortium comprising Frasers Property, CSC Land Group and Sekisui House.
The developers report “healthy interest from a broad spectrum of homebuyers”, including owner-occupiers upgrading within the Bukit Timah area and from the neighbouring districts. “Many are also drawn to Dunearn House's thoughtfully designed and flexible layouts, which cater to a variety of lifestyle needs across different life stages,” adds a spokesperson on July 12.
Located just 500 metres from the Sixth Avenue MRT Station on the Downtown Line, Dunearn House will feature a mix of two- to four-bedroom units.
Indicative prices start from $1.475 million for two-bedroom units measuring 527 sq ft to 678 sq ft, $2.597 million for three-bedroom units measuring 872 sq ft to 1,001 sq ft, and $3.588 million for four-bedroom units measuring 1,184 sq ft to 1,378 sq ft.

About 45% of the 380 units, or around 171, will be two-bedroom units, while the remaining will be three- and four-bedroom units.
“Defined by its green surroundings, heritage character and strong connectivity, Dunearn House enjoys a commanding position with elevated views overlooking the Good Class Bungalow enclave,” adds a spokesperson for the consortium. “Residents will benefit from convenient access to the future Turf City MRT Station, as well as close proximity to everyday amenities.”

For families, a forest-inspired outdoor play landscape, featuring a unique 60m meandering trail zoned for children of all ages, encourages exploration and imaginative play.
Residents will enjoy proximity to nature, as Dunearn House is located near the future Bukit Timah-Rochor Green Corridor and established green spaces such as the Rail Corridor, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, Central Catchment Nature Reserve and Singapore Botanic Gardens.
The expected vacant possession date is Dec 31, 2030.
