Opening this spring are The Grace Hotel in County Mayo, Ireland; and Casa Caprile in Anacapri, Italy. In July, Eight Venezia will debut in Campo Santa Maria Formosa, Venice; while Hotel MOHI by Appellation is slated for launch later this year in California.
In America, four properties were added in Key West, while Santa Monica and Palm Springs were introduced as new entries. In Europe, new destinations include Brno in the Czech Republic and Ávila in Spain.
Within the Asia-Pacific region, Telunas Private Island presents a distinct overwater experience across 15 villas amid Indonesia’s Riau Islands, accessible by ferry from Singapore or local flights.

In Vietnam, where international arrivals surged more than 20% y-o-y in 2025, SLH welcomed into its fold sister properties Azerai La Residence in Hue City and Azerai Ke Ga Bay in Tan Thanh. The former is set in a former colonial mansion dating to the 1930s and the latter set across 4.5ha of gardens and on a sweeping 5km beach.
SLH also expanded its presence in alternative accommodation formats, including villa resorts and luxury cruise offerings. A Nile river vessel — Historia Boutique Hotel Nile Cruise — ferrying 44 luxury cabins between Luxor and Aswan.
Founded in 1990 by two hoteliers, SLH is a collection of independent luxury hotels across the world, allowing properties to access a common platform while retaining their unique identities.
The sole SLH member hotel in Singapore is the 73-room Naumi Hotel Singapore at Seah Street.
