SINGAPORE (Aug 1): Chip Eng Seng Corporation announced Tuesday that it has entered into contracts to acquire The Sebel Mandurah hotel and a strata restaurant property in Western Australia for A$15 million ($16 million).

The 4.5-star hotel sits on five levels of a seven-level strata titled building within a larger mixed freehold development that includes the waterfront restaurant.

Both the hotel and the strata restaurant property are on freehold titles.
