That said, the REIT’s revenue saw a decline of 9.7% y-o-y at US$72 million in 9MFY2024.
Net property income (NPI) also fell by 11.3% y-o-y to US$45.3 million due to the REIT’s lower revenue.
As at Sept 30, the REIT’s net asset value (NAV) per unit stood at 67 US cents, 2.9% lower y-o-y.
Portfolio occupancy for the same period stood at 93%, while weighted average lease expiry (WALE) stood at 5.0 years.

The REIT’s assets under management (AUM) as at Sept 30 stood at US$1.4 billion. Its aggregate leverage 34.8% with an interest coverage ratio of 3.9 times.
Units in Digital Core REIT closed 1 cent higher, or up 1.71%, at 59.5 US cents on Oct 23.
