Following the transaction, Silchester’s stake has been reduced to 5.942% from 6.029% previously.
The fund manager is also substantial shareholders in other Singapore-listed companies such as ComfortDelGro (SGX:C52
) and Venture Corporation (SGX:V03) .
UOL will be releasing its results for the FY2024 ended Dec 31, 2024, on Feb 27.
Shares in UOL closed 7 cents higher or 1.3% up at $5.46 on Feb 25.
