DBS Bank has acquired 1.555 million units in Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) for $2.35 million or $1.51 per unit.

The units were bought via the market on Feb 1.

This brings DBS’s interest in MLT to 0.936%.

DBS last acquired units in MLT on Nov 3, 2023, when it bought 1 million units from the market at $1.54 million or $1.54 apiece.

It then sold 128,300 units via the market for $195,016 or $1.52 per unit on Nov 6.

For the 3QFY2023/2024, MLT reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.253 cents, 1.2% higher y-o-y, bringing its total DPU for the 9MFY2023/2024 to 6.792 cents, 0.7% higher y-o-y.
