Dr Terence Tea, the executive chairman and managing director of Accrelist , has bought another 100,000 shares from the market.

The shares were bought on Jan 3 and cost $3,900 or 3.9 cents apiece.

Tea’s latest purchase now brings his total stake in the company to 26.64% from 26.61% previously. Of his stake, Tea is deemed to be interested in the 4.359 million shares held by his wife, Aileen Sim.

For the six months ended Sept 30, 2024, Accrelist reported a loss of $439,000, from $2.14 million in the same period the year before.

Shares in Accrelist closed flat at 3.9 cents on Jan 6.

Tea continued his buying spree from the open market from Jan 6 to 8.

On Jan 6, Tea bought 91,000 shares for $3,549 or 3.9 cents apiece. He then bought another 100,000 shares for $3,950 or 3.95 cents per share a day after. On Jan 8, Tea bought 100,000 shares for $3,950 as well, bringing his total stake to 26.73%.
