Terence Tea, executive chairman and managing director of Accrelist, has raised his stake in the investment holding company to 29.65% after buying another 100,000 shares from the open market.
Tea purchased the shares on Dec 22 at 4.8 cents apiece. With the purchase, Tea now holds 95,188,556 shares in Accrelist. Tea’s total stake includes a deemed interest in his wife, Aileen Sim’s 4,359,100 shares.
Tea has been gradually growing his stake in Accrelist via a series of share purchases since Nov 2022. At the time, he held 66,907,956 shares or 22.03% of the company after buying 200,000 shares for $9,000 on Nov 16 2022.
Shares in Accrelist closed flat at 4.7 cents on Dec 23.
