SINGAPORE (Dec 4): Amplefield has announced an interested party transaction (IPT) between City Builders Vietnam Company (CBVN) and Sing Viet City (SVC).

Subsidiary CBVN has entered into a $24.8 million contract with SVC to undertake construction work on a 63.8ha piece of land in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

SVC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Amanland, which in turn is 97% owned by Regionaland, a Singapore-incorporated company. The major shareholder of Regionaland is Yap Teiong Choon, who is also a controlling shareholder of Amplefield.
