SINGAPORE (June 6): AEM Holdings, the provider of equipment systems solution and manufacturing services, has welcomed several long-only institutional funds as new shareholders.

On Monday, the institutional funds bought 2.7 million AEM shares at $2.70 each or $7.3 million in total, from Orion Phoenix. The sale reduces Orion Phoenix’s shareholding in AEM by about 4.2% to 23.96%.

Shares of AEM closed at $2.77 on Monday.
