At West Mall, a curated retail environment includes a new basement wing featuring local culinary staples alongside first-in-Singapore dining concepts, reinforcing the company’s emphasis on creating vibrant, community-driven spaces.

Its corporate culture fosters innovation, collaboration, and professional growth through initiatives such as the WISE framework - wellness, inspire, socialize, and energize - which enhances employee engagement. Leadership development remains a priority, reflected in the Leadership Acceleration Programme, which has equipped 40 emerging leaders with essential management competencies since 2023.

SingLand aligns its corporate strategy with Singapore’s net-zero ambitions, ensuring sustainable development remains integral to its long-term growth. In 2023, it partnered with SP Group to integrate district cooling services into the redevelopment of Clifford Centre to reduce cooling-related energy consumption.
In addition, SingLand made strides to understand the impact of climate change on its business, conducting its inaugural climate scenario analysis in 2024. The company assessed the financial and operational risks related to climate change, with comprehensive whole-life carbon assessments for Singapore Land Tower and The Gateway providing a data-driven foundation for sustainability-led asset enhancements in the future.
