Fraxtor is Transforming Real Estate Investment Through Blockchain and Innovation.
Fraxtor Private Limited (“Fraxtor”) is a blockchain enabled real estate co-investment platform aimed at providing investors easy access to global real estate investment opportunities otherwise out of reach. Founded with the specific purpose of providing investors with the opportunity to invest in real estate with a small amount of capital, Fraxtor has since grown to become a trusted real estate investment platform.

BRIDGING THE GAP
Established by Oliver Siah and Rachel Teo in 2017, the pair sought to democratise real estate investment through technology, giving broader access to what was traditionally an asset class accessible only by a select few.
Recognising the traditional barriers to property investment and identifying a gap in the market, the duo partnered with a blockchain and financial technology expert to create a platform that leverages blockchain technology to offer fractional ownership in real estate projects. This gave investors the chance to invest in real estate with bite-sized investments, all with a few clicks.
Today, Fraxtor has expanded beyond Singapore, establishing itself in Australia and solidifying its role as a key player in the Asia-Pacific real estate investment landscape. Guided by its co-founders’ strategic direction and a clear mission to bridge capital and opportunity, Fraxtor is continuously innovating through agile, technology-driven solutions for real estate investing.
Locally, under the leadership of Fraxtor Singapore’s Chief Executive Officer Mr Samuel Lee, Fraxtor has deepened its institutional presence and broadened its portfolio of exclusive investment opportunities for a growing base of investors.
INNOVATION AT ITS CORE
In fact, innovation has been central to Fraxtor since its inception. Before pandemic-driven digitisation, private equity real estate investments relied on paper-based processes and were limited to a closed investor network, while blockchain adoption was in its infancy and often dismissed as a fad.
Fraxtor is strategically positioned to leverage its expertise and capitalise on emerging opportunities in the digital investment space.
Undeterred, the founding team boldly harnessed the potential of blockchain technology to create a digital platform that meets business needs and regulatory requirements, providing smaller, qualified investors convenient access to institutional-grade investment opportunities. This forward-looking yet disciplined approach to innovation continues to shape Fraxtor’s strategy, striking a balance between bold ideas and strong governance.
Building on this approach, Fraxtor adopts a lean, iterative approach to technology development, driven by real-world needs. Evolving industry practices, market trends, and regulations drive its innovation, enabling Fraxtor to efficiently and sustainably adapt to emerging business, regulatory, and technological trends.
SCALING SUCCESS
This strategy has translated into tangible success, with Fraxtor successfully raising more than S$100 million across over 25 real estate projects spanning Singapore, Australia, Japan, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and Canada. These projects cover various real estate segments - residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and healthcare - within private equity and debt investments. They offer competitive risk-reward profiles and are designed to deliver attractive returns while providing access to exclusive, professionally managed opportunities.
A notable project was Fraxtor’s participation in the Mount Rosie Signature Collection in Singapore. Despite a cautious property market, its tightly-managed co-investment structure attracted strong investor uptake, showcasing Fraxtor’s early success in delivering exclusive and lucrative real estate opportunities.
Another significant milestone was Fraxtor’s foray into the Australian market in 2024, where it successfully conducted a dual-platform listing in both Singapore and Australia, reinforcing the scalability and adaptability of Fraxtor’s tech-driven investment model.
Kallang Way Food Factory
In the same year, a rare food factory project in Singapore - Kallang Way Food Factory - developed by renowned developer, CapitaLand, was offered exclusively on the Fraxtor platform. This institutional-grade investment reinforced Fraxtor’s reputation as a leading one-stop platform, offering smaller qualified investors convenient access to niche and exclusive real estate opportunities.
EXPANDING HORIZONS
Building on this foundation of success, Fraxtor continues to drive innovation in the financial sector. As asset tokenisation gains mainstream momentum and the potential of digital asset-backed investments is validated, Fraxtor is strategically positioned to leverage its expertise and capitalise on emerging opportunities in the digital investment space.
Fraxtor plans to deepen its footprint in Australia and expand into key Asian markets, while diversifying its offerings to include emerging sectors such as data centres, healthcare real estate, and sustainable developments.
Fraxtor is also actively collaborating with financial institutions looking to enter the asset tokenisation space. The company remains committed to making its platform accessible to retail investors, subject to regulatory developments.
These efforts, underpinned by continuous enhancements on its digital platform, reinforces Fraxtor’s long-term vision of becoming the region’s leading digital gateway for alternative real estate investments.
GIVING BACK
Alongside its business initiatives, Fraxtor is committed to giving back to the community and supporting meaningful causes.
The company nurtures young talent through internships and career opportunities, uses blockchain technology to democratise real estate opportunities through fractionalisation, and empowers communities by promoting financial inclusion and providing accessibility to niche real estate investments.
Fraxtor also actively supports local charities such as the Rare Disease Society Singapore, Willing Hearts Charity, and The Private Museum. In 2024, it adopted Gracehaven as a key philanthropic partner, organising quarterly initiatives for its beneficiaries.
Moreover, Fraxtor seeks to minimise its environmental footprint by investing in projects that have BCA Green Mark-certification.These initiatives embody Fraxtor’s broader mission of fostering inclusive growth and social responsibility within and beyond the organisation.
