Crafting experiences that connect culture, community, and creativity.
For nearly five decades, Kingsmen Creatives has been shaping immersive experiences, elevating industries, and pioneering innovative solutions across new environments, initiatives, and creativity endeavours.
Established in 1976 by Mr Benedict Soh and Mr Simon Ong, Kingsmen was founded on the principles of creativity, quality, integrity, and innovation. INDUSTRY EXCELLENCE AND BUSINESS INNOVATION
Kingsmen’s portfolio today reflects a deep understanding of the experiential landscape.
Long before “design thinking” became an industry buzzword, Kingsmen was applying its principles and conducting in-depth audience analysis, exploring behavioural insights, and crafting compelling narratives that shape spatial design.

SUSTAINABILITY IN ACTION
Kingsmen’s commitment to shaping the future extends beyond design - it is deeply rooted in sustainability, ensuring that progress is achieved responsibly. The company actively supports the Singapore Green Plan 2030, reducing greenhouse gas emissions by limiting business-related air travel, adopting digital workplace solutions, and enhancing energy efficiency. It has also installed electric vehicle chargers at its headquarters as part of its decarbonisation initiatives.
Kingsmen Exhibits has achieved the ISO 20121:2024 certification for Sustainable Event Management and has also been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal, placing them among the top 15% of companies worldwide assessed by EcoVadis in the past 12 months for their Environmental, Social, and Governance performance.
These sustainability efforts extend to its client offerings as well. Recognising the growing demand for green solutions, Kingsmen integrates environmental considerations into its projects from the planning stage. By championing eco-conscious practices, Kingsmen not only reduces its impact but also enhances competitiveness, ensuring it remains a leader in sustainable business innovation.
CULTIVATING CREATIVITY AND COMMUNITY
Beyond its projects, Kingsmen actively shapes the community by fostering creativity and investing in future talent. A prime example of this commitment is its involvement in SingaPlural, the anchor event of the annual Singapore Design Week. Since 2013, Kingsmen has used this platform to explore new ideas, challenge design conventions, and foster dialogue between designers, brands, and the public.
Its support for education and youth development is equally impactful. Under its Empowering Learners, Inspiring Change initiative, Kingsmen fosters talent through collaborations with academic institutions, supporting innovation and skills development. In 2024, Kingsmen signed separate memoranda of understanding with several Singapore polytechnics, enabling co-created competency modules, industry dialogues, and student attachments.
Kingsmen further promotes sustainability through employee engagement, organising immersive learning experiences at City Sprouts – a community farming social enterprise – and volunteering with Food from the Heart to support vulnerable communities.
Through industry partnerships, education initiatives, and sustainability-driven efforts, Kingsmen continues to influence innovation while fostering a culture of creativity, responsibility, and shared growth.
