Seibu Prince Hotels and Resorts has launched Park Regis by Prince Singapore, with a unique design that pays homage to the brand’s distinctive bicultural heritage.
This is the Japanese hospitality player’s first step towards expanding its presence in Southeast Asia since launching its global brand identity last April.
Prince Singapore’s newly rebranded seven-storey Park Regis boasts 203 elegantly refurbished rooms, ranging from 20 sq m to 33 sq m; each reflects biophilic sophistication with modern interiors incorporating natural materials and lush greenery.
The hotel’s 25-metre outdoor lap pool has a cascading waterfall
Our stay here begins with a quick check-in. A mobile app allows for a contactless process; the same app grants us access to our Premier Queen room with pool access without needing a separate keycard. It also lets us communicate with the hotel team, make service requests and check out promotions at the property.

The rooms at Park Regis by Prince Singapore are decorated in warm, earthy tones and natural wood elements. They evoke a sense of timeless elegance influenced by Western culture, seamlessly integrated with Japanese minimalism through clean lines, serene colour palettes, and understated décor.

General manager Steven Tang says the hotel aims to stand out with this mix of amenities and aesthetics. “By leveraging advanced technologies and incorporating bicultural heritage, we aim to create memorable stays for local and international travellers.”
What’s most memorable about our room is the direct access to the serene 25-metre outdoor lap pool, complete with a cascading waterfall.
