Gather your friends and spend an intergalactic night dancing away to the hottest hip hop and electronic beats featuring DJ Prav and KNRCK

Peace Centre’s community collaboration with social movement, PlayPan, will come to a close at the end of January — after which the building will be torn down for redevelopment — but not before a few more celebrated moments.

To usher in the festive season with a bang, PlayPan in collaboration with Hustle & Bustle is hosting Galaxy Grooves, a one-night only intergalactic-themed Christmas party at Peace Centre on Dec 22, from 10pm till late. Round up your party friends and dance the night away to the hottest hip hop and electronic beats by DJ Prav and KNRCK. Tickets at $25 per person includes 1 complimentary drink.

Following that, fitness enthusiasts are invited for mass workout sessions at Dance Out 2023. Come join the ultimate charity dance event with Zumba, KpopX, and Salsation on Dec 23 and 30 at Peace Centre. Secure your limited $50 ticket here. Part of the funds will be donated to OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation.

PlayPan is led by Ten Square founder Gary Hong, OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation head Yvonne Siow, and supported by Michael Ng, the regional executive director for CEL.

The intention for this interactive community playground is to foster creative collaboration among various social, art and academic groups, focused on creating positive change and societal impact.

From the successful build of TenSquare – The Landmark of Good, to PlayPan – The Mall of Good, PlayPan will continue to work towards turning this area into The Precinct of Good. In the meantime, it will also move from physical spaces, to digital and finally, a hybrid phygital existence. In the coming months, PlayPan will be working with Institute of Technical Education to digitise and build a PlayPan Metaverse. It will also be working with Singapore Management University to draw up institutionalised learnings from this social experiment.
