Yan celebrates springtime with the brand-new “vegetable-forward” Joy of Spring a la carte menu, available till May 31.
Usher in the start of a new season with light, flavoursome dishes, showcasing the best of Cantonese cuisine.
Created in partnership with Green Monday, a social enterprise that aims to inspire sustainable living and bring awareness to the benefits of green diets, the plant-based dishes are sure to charm diners.
Highlights include the Sautéed King Oyster Mushrooms with Celtuce Stems and Olive Vegetables ($22++), a vegetarian-friendly dish that offers a symphony of textures.
The Poached Sliced Beef with Bean Sprouts, Enoki Mushrooms and XO Sauce ($36++) beckons with sliced beef on a bed of bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms, julienned scallions and red bell peppers.
Garnished with ginger and parsley, the refreshing flavours are brought together by Yan’s house-made XO sauce.
Look out for the Steamed Beancurd with Minced Omni Meat and Pickled Vegetables ($20++), a vegetarian rendition of the classic steamed tofu with minced pork. Silky beancurd is adorned with minced Omni pork and pickled lettuce in a savoury gravy and garnished with chopped spring onions.

• Oasis Bundle ($150)
Brilliantly paired with freshly made barbecue and Thai chilli sauce, this bundle includes a lamb rack from Roaring Forties (900g), prime rib beef from Yulgilbar (1kg), pork chorizo (1kg) and Spencer Gulf king prawns (1kg).
• mezza9 Bundle ($140)
With good-quality meats being the core of a good roast, this bundle includes a barramundi from Kühlbarra (1kg), lamb leg from Roaring Forties (2.5kg) and a beef strip loin from Yulgilbar (1kg), along with mezza9’s dry rub seasoning and remoulade sauce.
• Organic Vegetable Bundle (1kg for $15, 2kg for $30)
A mixed bundle of organic vegetables that comes in 1kg or 2kg. These packages contain a seasonal mix of vegetables grown in an organic and ethically driven farm located in Cameron Highlands, Malaysia, by Weeds and More.

Museum of Ice Cream
Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) is bringing its sold-out interactive museum experience to Singapore, marking the first time the US-based attraction has set foot abroad.
The experiential museum will be located in Dempsey, and will open its doors to visitors from August. MOIC started in 2016 with its New York pop-up, selling out quickly with a growing wait-list of 200,000 guests. The Smithsonian ranked MOIC among its top 10 most Instagrammed museums in the world.
Here, the Museum of Ice Cream Singapore will be housed within a 60,000 sq ft property. MOIC will feature 14 never-before-seen installations, and guests can look forward to a fully functional, Singapore-inspired “Dragon Playground”, a pink-and-yellow jungle with 10,000 bananas and the largest MOIC sprinkle pool ever created.
Guests will also be able to enjoy five unique ice-cream treats as they are guided through the 90-minute experience.
Advanced reservations to the ice cream journey launched in limited quantities from April 12 can be made at www.museumoficecream.sg. First-access (Phase One) ticket reservations for Museum of Ice Cream Singapore start from $38.
