Coliwoo says that this new listing enhances its presence across the broader CBD and city-fringe district. It complements its existing properties in Keppel, Beach Road and Orchard. Coliwoo’s newly launched Bukit Timah Fire Station property most recently recorded occupancy of 95% since opening in Sept 2025.
Coliwoo Midtown is the first in a pipeline of upcoming launches announced with the next major opening at 159 Jalan Loyang Besar, Coliwoo’s first resort style chalet.
Shares in Coliwoo closed 1 cent lower or 1.754% down at 56 cents on Nov 17.
