The contract, worth HK$19.9 million ($3.47 million), will cover the design and implementation of the Business Information Solution Kit as well as the maintenance and support for the three years following its implementation.
The design and implementation work will commence in September 2023, with the majority of the revenue to be contributed from the second half of the current financial year until FY2028.
The contract would have no material impact on Azeus’s results for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.
Shares in Azeus closed flat on Sept 15 at $8.90.
