SINGAPORE (July 25): Chew’s Group, one of the stocks in The Edge Singapore's paper portfolio, says its controlling shareholder is in discussions with third parties to explore a possible transaction involving the shares of the company.

However, no definitive agreements have been entered into between the parties to date and shareholders should note that there is no certainty that any transaction may be consummated in connection with the approach with an offer being made.
