Amity has opened a Singapore office and AI Research & Application Centre (ARAC) after raising US$100 million ($129 million) in a Series D funding round.

The round was led by EDBI, alongside Asia Partners and SMDV, with participation from existing and new investors, including CMLIM Capital.

The Thailand-founded enterprise software group is targeting US$200 million in annualised revenue by the end of 2026 and plans to pursue a public listing in 2027.

Singapore will serve as Amity’s Southeast Asia headquarters and the global home of its AI research capabilities. The company says it surpassed US$100 million in annualised revenue in 2025, more than tenfold its level in 2022.

It will use the new capital to accelerate development of agentic AI through ARAC, pursue software acquisitions in Europe and Southeast Asia, and create up to 60 research, engineering and go-to-market roles in Singapore over the next three years.

ARAC will develop industry-specific AI models for enterprises. Its current work focuses on agentic AI and models for retail, telecommunications and other service industries.

“When we started Amity, we believed that Asian enterprises deserved AI that is built for their reality, not tools designed for other markets and retrofitted for ours. The ARAC is not just a research centre; it is our commitment to building the foundational AI capabilities that enterprises across Asia will run on for the next decade, and the base from which we intend to accelerate Amity's next phase of growth,” says Amity’s executive chairman and founder, Korawad Chearavanont.

Yeung Chia Li, senior partner at EDBI, adds: “Singapore provides a strong foundation for companies looking to develop and scale enterprise AI, with access to deep talent, a trusted and collaborative innovation ecosystem, and strong regional connectivity. Amity's decision to establish its AI Research & Application Centre and regional headquarters here underscores Singapore's strengths as a hub to build advanced AI capability, commercialise innovation, and expand regionally.”

Amity’s platforms serve more than 10 million monthly active users across over 20,000 organisations in more than 20 countries.

The group operates through five companies: Amity Solutions, Tollring, EGG Digital, Amity Accentix and Amity-Nordstar. Their offerings include customer experience, analytics, communications and voice products.

Separately, Amity subsidiary Tollring has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire UK-based Code Software. The proposed transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions.

Amity says the deal would expand its presence across the UK, US, European Union, Australia and New Zealand, while adding communications analytics and recording capabilities. It did not disclose the transaction value.
