Renaissance United is expecting to report a net loss for 2QFY2025 and 1HFY2025 ended Oct 31, it says in a profit guidance filing.
The group says this comes on the back of the group’s China gas distribution business, which continues to incur higher raw-material prices and less installation revenue brought about by the downturn in new construction projects.
According to the filing, the company says further details will be disclosed in its financial results, which is set to be made on Dec 13.
Shares in Renaissance United closed flat at 0.1 cents on Dec 12.
